Informational Sites: Basic sites with static pages. Used to give information about your company or organization. A typical informational site would include a home page, an about page, a products and services page, and a glossary page.

Interactive Sites: Sites that have several interactive features or are based on interactive software. An interactive site might include a contact form, a message board, a calendar, or a blog.

E-Commerce: An e-commerce site enables selling (and buying) or donations online. It can include a shopping cart or just list items for sale on a static page with a "buy now" button.
