Harmony Hill Bed & Breakfast -
Harmony Hill is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast located in the center of Alleghany county. We wanted to highlight this wonderful house and the beauty of the surrounding area. We generated an interactive map that gives the user directions from any of several major metro areas in the region. Users download a pdf map with Harmony Hill's location and contact numbers. They can also download house recipes with Harmony Hill's logo and information. All graphics and photography is by Imaging Specialists, except where noted.
Alleghany Christmas Tree Association -
One of the main features of this site for the Alleghany Christmas Tree Association is the dynamic map in the sales directory. When the user clicks on the "directions" button, it calls up a map with an animated pointer that moves to the grower's location and deposits a marker. We maintain the site to keep the grower's product and quantity totals up to date.
Dusty Trail Conversions
This is a site for a company that modified horse trailers, to add luxury living quarters. Using their photographs we built a gallery and a sale page. We also added a form for prospective customers to get an estimate for custom work. Our customer wanted a western theme and we added background gradients for a dusty, southwest look. We also added 3-d frames around the Gallery iamges to reflect the rounded windows in most of the trailers.
Buffalo Barns
Buffalo Barns is a local company that builds pre-engineered buildings at a customer's site. They also sell custom trusses, and metal roofing and siding. We used their existing logo and photography to build this site. We used the graph paper backgrounds for a clean, technical look. Sparta Teapot Museum
We built this site based on a brochure, the customer had. We used their existing photos, lifting the teapot images from the existing backgrounds and generated new shadows. The colorful, whimsical design of the site is meant to reflect the eclectic Kamm Teapot Collection that it features. Imaging Specialists maintains the site, adding News and Information articles to keep it current.
Parker Sales & Service, Inc.
Parker Sales & Service needed a new site to: a) inform their customers and b) take customized order inquiries. Behind the simple styling is a ton of technical information to inform their buyer. Customers can navigate easily, clicking on trade terms or product names for instant definitions and descriptions.
Riverside Log Homes
We optimized Riverside Log Homes' exceptional photography for display on the web. In this case, their photos can show their craftmanship much better than text. The web is a visual medium, and this site takes full advantage of that fact.
