Hard copy originals or digital files. You can also e-mail your files or contact us to upload large files to our server.
We accept files in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PDF, Microsoft Word or Publisher. (Word & Publisher files will have to be rebuilt for printing.)
ISI runs the full Adobe Creative Cloud system on Mac and on PC, and has used Adobe software on both platforms since 2000.
Acceptable image formats include .psd, .jpg, .tif, .gif, .png, and .bmp.
Regardless of whether the image is going to be used be used in print or on the web, provide the largest version of the image and we’ll re-size it to look the best (and if necessary, load the quickest).
Generally, we cannot use an image downloaded from a website in a print project. Images online are typically only 72 dpi and therefore too small to print.
For instance, a 6″x6″ image from the web would print at only 1.44″x1.44″ in a brochure or ad and 2.16″x2.16″ in a newspaper.
